• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 days depending on your location.
• Delays due to courier issues, festivals, or natural causes are not our responsibility.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to fragrance items being sensitive, used/opened products cannot be returned. However, in case of damaged, wrong, or missing items, customers can request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
